Hey sports fans!
Tired of selling door-to-door or hitting up your co-workers to raise
funds? It doesn't matter whether it is candy, cookie dough, candles
or wrapping paper, you probably had enough.
Cadillac Jacks wants to partner with you and your organization to raise
funds in a simple manner that is lots of fun. We are inviting you to participate
in our "More the Merrier" fundraising program to help your school,
organization or sports team raise funds quickly and easily. The idea is not new, but
our approach is because we give you multiple days throughout the
month to dine with us and fundraise for you group.

Cadillac Jacks Sports Bar & Grill is proud to support fundraising efforts in our local
communities. When evaluating partners, we will support those organizations which align
with our family friendly values and promote a safe and sound environment for the students
and athletes in our communities.
To be considered for a “More the Merrier” partnership, your organization must complete
this application in its entirety. After you submit the application, we will be in contact with
you soon thereafter to confirm your participation.
Our donations are NOT intended to be used by any individuals or groups for personal or
corporate profit. We reserve the right to accept or deny any application, as well as
continue or discontinue this program without notice or explanation.
